Cutting the Cake
The Best Man announces this; the cake is then cut by the Bride & Groom

Toast & Speeches
These follow the cutting of the cake and are usually made in the following order:
Toast to the Bride & Groom – the Father of the Bride proposes this and the Groom makes the reply.
Toast to the Bridesmaids – proposed by the Bridegroom after his reply to the first toast.
The Best Man makes the response to this. |
